On saturday the 10th October, IWF made a huge impact to blyth on there annual show. That night saw the IWF Championship Defended when Pauly C Met Lewis Beardsley in there First Ever meeting in Singles Competition.
Both men gave it there all but it was ended by 'The Twisted Messiah' Adam Christ when he assaulted Both men leading to the match being stopped.
However it was after the match when Adam caused the real damage. Over the past 4 years it has been no secret the injurys that 'The Charva MC' Pauly C carried to his left knee, the same injury last year forcing Pauly to take 8 months from active competition.
It was no suprise then when Adam Christ attacked Pauly C it was the same injured knee he targeted. Locking Paulys Knee into a steel chair and then violently struck the knee with a second steel chair.
On that night Pauly attended a local hospital to assess the damage been done by Christ, devastaion struck again when the doctor told Pauly C that enough was enough and his knee was lucky to have lasted this long.
It has just came to light that Pauly C has been attending hospital for the past year on a regular basis, trying diffrent methods to avoid any surgery, but the doctors have told him that because of the attack on the 10th October at Blyth surgery is now the only soloution.
Pauly Emailed IWF with the following statement:
'Due to the event that took place on the 10th October, i have been forced to take immediate time out from action. I am meeting with the doctors over the next two weeks to discuss sergery as due to Adam Christ, it really has left me no alternitive.
I understand that because i can no longer defend my IWF Championship I will have to vacate the title. Its a decision that has not been easy as holding the IWF Championship has been my greatest achievement.
As I still am the commissioner of the IWF i will use my power to make one final decision.
This years Tournament of Faith with be contested for the IWF Championship, I wish everyone the best of luck and hope that the title ends up in deserving hands'
